- Panelists will provided one complimentary pass per panelist on the day of which you run your panel. Multiple panels from the same panelist do not get additional passes. Groups of panelists will receive a maximum of 3 complimentary badges if approved. Some exceptions can be made at our discretion.
- Apart from plugging your laptop into the HDMI cable, panelists are not permitted to touch any sound or video equipment regardless of whatever experience you may have. Any and all damages will be the responsibility of the panelist.
- Any music played in your panel MUST be royalty-free, an original song, or you must have purchased licensing to to play it and have proof of this with you at the convention.
- The convention is unable to provide storage of any kind. If you want to use props for your panel or performance, you are responsible for transporting and storing them.
- Panel rating is capped at PG-13. Nothing above this rating level is permitted. - Due to the video game theme of our event it is encouraged that your panel have a video game tie in, though this is not a requirement. - All panels and panelists must comply with convention policies.
